Summer glau

Firefly is Whedon the next big hit television series. The actress must have made an impression on viewers, as this one episode led to her being a celebrity. The character of Summer Glau's River Tam was a complicated persona that Glau managed with ease. Tam or Tam, as the character in the film called, was subjected to tests by the government that were intended to make her the ideal assassin. The capacity of Tam to manage her feelings was removed from her. Glau demonstrated her fighting ability as well as her acting abilities in Firefly. It was also evident that learning to be an assassin enabled Glau to fully use her athletic abilities. Summer Glau's classical training makes her a highly accomplished ballerina. The talent she displays in her dancing also include training in flamenco and tango but it was a broken toe which ended her dance career. Firefly lasted only one season, however it built an unstoppable fan base. Whedon got so passionate about Firefly that he went back two years after. While he was away, Summer Glau continued to receive some prestigious work. Summer Glau was a regular on TV series such as Cold Case, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation and CSI: Crime Scene Investigation.
