Alexa Meade measurements, bio, height, weight, shoe, and bra size
Being initially drawn by the shadows of trees that she saw on the grass, she spent months exploring a process that does not present the subject as a 2-dimensional representation on canvas. Instead, the object is transformed into a re-creation of itself, where the surface is the vehicle for its own painterly interpretation, especially when the subjects are live or perishable objects, such as people or fruit. Alexa's style of painting is ephemeral and only the photos of her work remain. Painting and photography are closely coordinated to create two-dimensional flat surface which is trompe-l'oeil. Certain places the three-dimensional space can be seen, for example, near the eye or the hair. Meade often incorporates models painted in the space surrounding them. This allows them to interact with this world she has created. Thereby repealing the boundaries between painting, photography, performance and installation.
