Lis Wihl (born on 19 August 1961) was an American lawyer and writer who worked for Fox News.
She currently serves as an adjunct law professor of law at New York Law School. Prior to that she was an associate professor of University of Washington Law School. She's been a legal analyst on National Public Radio's show and the Radio Factor of Bill O'Reilly. She was a regular guest on The O'Reilly Factor, Your World with Neil Cavuto, The Kelly File with Megyn Kelly Lou Dobbs Tonight The Imus morning show as well as hosts The Legal Lis radio show. Wiehl is a Yakima native who graduated from West Valley High School. She has a degree of Barnard College (1983), an MA in Arts in Literary Studies from University of Queensland (1985), and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Harvard Law School (1997).
Wiehl was a US attorney. She served as the legal correspondent on NPR All Things Considered. She served as "the assistant chief investigator of Democrats within the House Judiciary Committee at the moment of Clinton's impeachment." She taught law as a tenured professor at the University of Washington School of Law Seattle in charge of the Trial Advocacy Program from 1995 through 2001. Wiehl served as an analyst for Fox News Legal Analyst from 2001 until 2017.
