Ani Difranco
Angela Maria Ani DiFranco is an American-Canadian songwriter and singer. Her catalog includes more than twenty albums. Her music is classified as folk and alternative rock however it includes influences from punk funk hiphop and jazz. Ani DiFranco has been widely acknowledged as a feminist icon, and Grammy-winning artist, is believed to be to be the first pioneer in DIY music.
