Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. After quitting her gymnastics career, she began to compete in fitness competitions when she was 16 years old. Her Professional Card was only awarded one year later at the age of 17, she was a professional athlete. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is supported by Ariel Khadr. She began competing in fitness events after deciding to end her childhood career in gymnastics. In the year 17 she was awarded her Pro Card within a year. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is currently the oldest IFBB Pro. Ariel was able to take a break of six years from stage life after obtaining Pro-Card to finish her college studies. In 2015 was an extension of previous performances, in which she participated in events of the highest level like Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her debut show was a success, she continued to compete throughout her career and setting new goals every year. By the end of 2009 she was awarded four additional fitness awards. In 2009, she became named the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She was also one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged only 17). Ariel Ariel Ariel was able to take six years off from competition when she earned her pro-card in order to complete her university education. The first IFBB Fitness Pro debut took place at Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games, in November of 2015. She finished 3rd at the show. She won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer 2016 and qualified for Fitness Olympia. After three months, Ariel took to the Olympia stage and took 6th place in Fitness Division. Ariel was completely zero expectations prior to the event she was thrilled with the result. The competition was among the top athletes. Ariel is getting stronger each year. Ariel's favorite body part to work out includes her lower back. It is where she usually performs bent-over rows, single arm lats pull-downs (on a machine) as well as pull-ups, and sitting rowing. The first step is warming up before moving on to her working sets. Ariel is extremely efficient in her work. This is accomplished by setting all of her back exercises doing three or four supersets of 10-12 reps. The routine she follows is type of workout twice per week one day being lighter weight and another heavy weight day.
